I’m Fransje Melief, founder of Merk Melief. With 18+ years of experience in brand strategy, digital design and customer experience, I help organisations translate their positioning into brand experiences that people can truly feel – from identity and design systems to tone of voice and branded customer experiences. My approach
is collaborative and structured, ensuring alignment while delivering results that make brands stand out and connect.

I regularly facilitate brand strategy workshops that help teams align, get to the core quickly and translate it into clear direction. Together, we turn strategy into tangible decisions; across design, behaviour and communication.

In parallel to my work for clients, I teach CX for AI at the Amsterdam UX Academy, helping professionals shape meaningful, human-centered experiences in an increasingly automated world.
